HUANTEC生物反應系統是結合懸浮生長與固定膜生長的先進好氧生物處理系統。反應器內填裝高比表面積(100-300ft2/ft3)的石英砂作為載體，原水和空氣同時由槽底進流，利用底部分散系統均勻分散到槽體各處，往上流經濾床後流出。高濃度的生物附著於載體和孔隙間生長，同時分解有機物和移除COD。系統內累積的固體和生物體藉由HUANTEC自動反洗系統移除，可控制反應器內固體負荷不致過高。
HUANTEC reactor system provides advanced aerobic biological treatment systems with a combination of suspended growth and fixed film growth. Silica sand with a specific surface area of 100-300ft2/ft3 is used as the carrier inside the reactor. When raw wastewater and airflow enter the tank bottom concurrently at the same time, the distributed system at the bottom evenly distributes raw water and air to the tank then through the filter bed and finally exiting from the top of the tank. Micro-organisms at high concentration attached to the carrier and suspended in the void space will grow by digesting organic substances in the wastewater, thereby removing COD. Excess solids and biomass accumulated within the system are then removed by the HUANTEC automatic back washing system to control the solids loading within the reactor form over-loading.

The HUANTEC Biological Reactive System has the advantages of high loading capacity, efficiency, and small space requirement. Nitrification as well as BOD and suspended solids removal can be completed in the same tank at the same time. It can also treat wastewater with different characteristics.

HUANTEC硝化反應
HUANTEC Nitrification:：
硝化反應負荷可達25-50LB.NH3-N/1000FT3，槽體硝化反應效率超過85%。不只使廢水排氨達標，可使廢水中的氨降到trace，以利後續回用或減少回用系統的麻煩。
Nitrification capacity of HUANTEC aerobic systems can reach to 25-50LB.NH3-N/1000FT3 with efficiency over 85%. Not only can meet the effluent standard but also reduce the trouble of wastewater reuse system.
降低BOD：

HUANTEC生物反應系統可處理高負荷的有機物（250LB.BOD/DAY/1000 FT3），最高處理效率超過98％以上。
The HUANTEC Biological Treatment System can process a high volume of organic substances up to (50LB.BOD/DAY/1000 FT3 ) with efficiency over 98％.
懸浮固體移除：
Removal of Suspended Solids:
懸浮固體在工程系統內被同步濾除，不需另外增設沉澱池。
Suspended solids can be filtered out within the engineering system at the same time with no additional sedimentation tanks are required.
應用在高氨、高COD：
